Elliott Levin and Friends
A set by Elliott Levin and his band followed by an open reading. Elliott Levin has performed with groups including Cecil Taylor’s Ensemble, Harold Melvin & the Blue Notes, Odeon Popes’ Sax Choir, Scram!, New Ghost, Atzilut (Fourth World), and Talking Free Bebop. The open reading will have accompaniment by Elliott and his band. An on-going series of musical poets and poetic musicians on the third Thursday of the month.
